2020 has not been a ‘good news’ year but we can certainly end it with some great news. The Shanghai Voluntary Service Foundation started with an amazing project to protect and help more stray cats and dogs in Shanghai. And SAR will be one and the first foreign resuce organisations to help make it happen!
